  3. To discuss the governance of error in the UK health setting.
  4. To outline how errors impact patients.

Radiology distraction and fatal error: lessons from other safety critical industries
  1. To understand task unrelated thoughts and how these contribute to error, and how to minimise this.
  2. To understand how distraction-conflict contributes to attentional conflict.
  3. To understand the role of dopamine as a motivator for behaviours, and the potential role this plays in addictive behaviours such as social media use in the workplace.
