Our professional world is increasingly digital, whether this is our online visibility as a person, virtual meetings, or academic activities such as publications or conferences. Whilst the tried and tested ways of presenting work in high-impact publications and presenting at international conferences are still important, these days novel ideas and solutions are bypassing these methods given the slow speed of these old ways. Using MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets is commonplace, but we all know that people disengage. Is there a way we can do better?
