OF 10Y - Soft skills and networking

This dynamic session will delve into the essential soft skills that radiologists need to advance their careers in today’s competitive landscape. Jointly organised by the Radiology Trainees Forum and the Young ESR Committee, this session focuses on the critical role of networking and professional relationship-building in radiology. Through open forums and interactive networking sessions, participants will learn the importance of networking and strategies to network effectively (even for introverts). The session will feature expert speakers who will offer practical advice on key topics such as networking techniques tailored to the radiology field, effective patient communication, and leadership development for the future. Additionally, insights into the strategic setup of new radiology departments will be provided, equipping participants with the knowledge and confidence to take on leadership roles in their careers.
