IND 17 - Alzheimer's Imaging: Starting with the Basics

Dr. Haller will outline the essential sequences for a dementia MRI protocol, present characteristic imaging findings, and discuss the role of volumetric analysis in initial diagnosis and disease progression.

In this session Dr. Arbizu will give a detailed look at PET imaging in Alzheimer's disease, including available tracers for amyloid and tau, interpretation of imaging patterns, and the use of Centiloid scoring for quantitative assessment.
