How long do I have access to on-demand courses/packages?

You will be instantly granted access to the video library of the respective course/package for 365 days upon purchase.

How can I access ESR Connect?

To watch content on ESR Connect, you have to login with an existing ESR MyUserArea account. If you do not have one yet, please create a new one here. Content of ESR Connect People can be watched without having an ESR MyUserArea account and is free of charge.

Which lectures/presentations will be available on-demand?

Recordings from ESR Connect Weekly will be fully available on-demand (upon purchase of bundle). Recordings from the European Congress of Radiology will be collected in course packages covering individual themes such as musculoskeletal, cardiac, chest, etc.


Payment & Invoices

Which payment procedures are allowed?

ESR Connect only accepts credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard). Payments will be executed via SIX Payment Services and require a 3D secure code.

Where can I find my invoices?

Invoices can be found in your personal account under the section ‘My Orders’.


Membership & Pricing

Do I receive benefits as an ESR Member?

Yes, ESR Members will be granted reduced fees for live events and on-demand packages.

Technical Problems

Who do I contact if I am experience technical problems?

During live events, you will have the possibility to chat with an employee of the ESR Office to solve technical problems immediately. In addition you may contact us at connect@myESR.org.

The video player is not working. What can I do?

The video player is tested on all common browsers such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox. Please contact connect@myESR.org if you experience any problems or use the chat function during live events.

Is ESR Connect also available on smart devices?

Yes, ESR Connect is fully responsive.
