This session will gain insights into advanced diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant uterine mesenchymal masses. Attendees should become familiar with strategies for imaging uterine sarcomas with an emphasis on MRI and learn the value of MRI in differentiating atypical leiomyomas, leiomyosarcomas and other uterine malignancies.
