Radiomics is a rapidly evolving field of research extracting quantitative metrics from medical imaging. This enhanced diagnostic and prognostic information has the potential to transform cancer management towards more precise, tailored treatment approaches. This session will make the attendees familiar with current aspects of radiomics in ovarian and endometrial cancer. It will also provide a perspective of the translational potential of radiomics within gynaecologic oncology. Limitations and challenges for a broad implementation into clinical practice will also be discussed.
