The ESOR Leadership Course Online Modules focus on key leadership themes: coaching fundamentals, self-mastery, strategic communication, healthcare system transformation, and leading workplace change. Expert-led discussions, case studies, and practical exercises equip you with valuable tools to enhance your leadership effectiveness and drive meaningful change in radiology and beyond.

Module 1 introduces core coaching principles and practical tools to build the foundation for impactful, growth-oriented leadership conversations.

Module 2 emphasises personal development in leadership and prepares participants to solve challenges in individual and team environments.

Module 3 explores how everyday conversations can influence service improvement, offers practical communication models for more powerful dialogue, and shows ways to transform trust, engagement, and performance.

Module 4 guides participants through collaborative workshops to explore and develop change projects that can create meaningful, positive improvements in their healthcare work environments.
