In case you have received your badge and lanyard in advance via postal mail, there is no need to visit the registration desk. You can easily check in by having your badge scanned at the Info Hub in the entrance hall.

If you have not received your badge and lanyard via postal mail, please see us at the registration counters located in the main entrance hall.

Check-in is possible at any time during ECR 2024 (only one check-in for the whole congress required).

Important note: CME evaluation is possible without/before being checked in, but you will only be able to download your CME certificate after the congress if you are checked in!

For organisational and security reasons, badges must be worn at the congress venue. Access to the different areas will only be granted upon presentation of an appropriate badge.

Lost or Forgotten Badges

In the case of loss, a replacement badge will only be provided on full payment of the applicable onsite registration fee.

Forgotten badges will be replaced against a deposit of the full onsite fee.
