Video or audio recording of presentations is not allowed without prior permission from the speaker/exhibitor and ECR. Flash photography is not permitted during presentations. Interviews must take place outside the lecture room. For queries, please contact the ESR Press Office.
Please note that participants might be photographed and filmed during their attendance at lectures, presentations, speeches, and other scientific events, as well as in exhibition and reception areas. Film material is broadcast via video and audio streaming on ESR Connect. Photographs may be used for various ESR promotional purposes.
