COURSE INFORMATION

This course explores modern abdominal imaging, focusing on CT and MR. It addresses common clinical challenges, guides image interpretation and reporting, and provides differential diagnoses for frequent and rare abdominal conditions, highlighting both the advantages and limitations of various imaging modalities.The course includes six topics consisting of 40 minutes of theory and case presentations followed by a live Q&A section after each session for interaction with the faculty members. The courses adhere to Level I and II of the European Training Curriculum and are delivered by renowned European faculty. LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • To learn about the advantages and limitations of modern imaging techniques for abdominal disease including CT and MR
  • To solve frequent clinical problems in abdominal radiology by using various imaging modalities
  • To give advice for image interpretation and reporting of various abdominal imaging studies
  • To provide a differential diagnosis for common and less common pathologic conditions of the abdomen
