This program provides a comprehensive overview of the clinical and technical aspects of AI-enabled image quality optimization in contrast imaging. The session begins with insights from an early adopter of AiMIFY, a first of its kind software medical device for AI-powered contrast enhancement in brain MRI, already available in the US and now also in EU. The program will then address the importance of image quality consistency in contrast-enhanced CT, examining current limitations across existing workflows and the unmet needs that may impact diagnostic confidence and standardization of care. Finally, the session will explore an initial proof of concept of an AI-driven system for the automated assessment of CT image quality.
