As radiology advances into an era of digital transformation, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven insights holds unprecedented potential to revolutionize cancer detection, diagnosis, and treatment. At the forefront of this effort is EUCAIM (European Federation for Cancer Images), a flagship project under the European Cancer Imaging Initiative, and the Cancer Image Europe infrastructure it is deploying. EUCAIM aims to connect and harmonize cancer imaging data across Europe and empower researchers and clinicians to leverage high-quality imaging datasets and AI tools for precision medicine.
At this year’s ECR, join Gianna Tsakou, co-lead of EUCAIM’s Data Federation & Interoperability activities, to explore how EUCAIM addresses critical challenges. From overcoming fragmented data systems to establishing interoperability frameworks and hyper-ontology.
