This particular webinar is split up in two parts.
The first part is about General Waste Management: Healthcare generates significant waste, including hazardous materials. Radiology departments can lead the way in implementing sustainable waste management practices.
This session examines waste streams in radiology, including general, electronic, and hazardous waste. Participants will learn about innovative approaches to reduce, recycle, and safely manage waste in compliance with regulations, supported by practical case studies.
The second part is about optimizing Procedures, Protocols, and Resources: Radiology departments can lead the way in implementing sustainable practices while maintaining focus on patient care.
This session examines process improvement ideas and operational strategies related to sustainability. Understand the benefits of sustainability and how increased efficiencies help patients, the planet, and departmental resources.
