February 26, 13:00 - 14:45 CET

Have you ever wanted to build your leadership skills? Develop a strategic vision? Lead a team? Drive innovation and change? Our new ESOR Leadership Course is perfect for you!

Launching at ECR 2025, this course starts with an in-person session, followed by a series of online learning modules throughout the year. The program will culminate in a hands-on training event, providing a comprehensive learning experience over the year.

At the ECR kick-Off, you will get a preview of what’s to come, including three TED-style talks on effective leadership, team building, and managing change. An interactive session and a roundtable debrief will allow you to discuss and reflect on key takeaways from the activities.
