COURSE INFORMATION

​This course focuses on improving communication skills for radiologists. It explores the radiologist’s role in conveying information through reports, emphasizing clear and expressive communication. Participants learn to use electronic portals for efficient communication. The course also highlights understanding the patient’s perspective and encourages effective dialogues with referrers in various settings. It addresses challenges, emphasizing best practices and ways to avoid pitfalls. Additionally, it equips radiologists with essential communication skills for handling situations where issues may arise, with a focus on transparency and maintaining patient trust.
