Please note that we will be using equipment from specific vendors during the workshop sessions; however, a variety of alternative options from other vendors are also available.

This session is exclusively offered to onsite attendees and will not be broadcast live or available on demand.

Participants attending this workshop will be able to learn tips and tricks for performing a range of ultrasound examinations. Participants will be divided into smaller groups, rotating through the ultrasound workstations to learn from the instructors and partake in scanning sessions. A brief topic introductory lecture will be given before the workstations commence. There are three topics to be discussed in total (Achilles tendon, Renal and Lower Extremity/DVT ultrasound). The brief topic introductory lecture discussing 3 topics will last 30 minutes.

1. To describe best practices, tips and tricks for radiographers performing ultrasound examinations of the Achilles tendon, renal and lower extremity venograms.
2. To demonstrate and apply best practices, tips and tricks for radiographers performing ultrasound examinations of the Achilles tendon, renal and lower extremity venograms.
