This is a comprehensive year-long programme tailored for mid-career radiologists stepping into or already in leadership roles. Through interactive online sessions and immersive in-person modules, you will develop self-awareness, team-building skills, and strategies for leading change. The course blends expert talks, group discussions, and hands-on activities to help you advance your career, inspire your team, and navigate challenges with confidence.

This ECR kick-off gives a flavour of what to expect during the ESOR Leadership Course. It features three TED-style talks on the value of good leadership, team-building, and leading through change, followed by a roundtable discussion to reinforce learning
