ESR Premium Education Package
What is the ESR Premium Education Package?
The Premium Education Package includes access to ESR educational services like Education on Demand Premium, Eurorad, ESR Masterclass in AI and ESR Connect.
This all-access package, worth more than €4,000, is available for a flat rate of only €410 (excl. country-specific VAT) for 365 days!

What is the duration of the subscription?
Access to the included services is granted for 365 days from the day of the subscription activation. The subscription is not renewed automatically.
Where can I purchase the ESR Premium Education Package?
The ESR Premium Education Package can be purchased via the ESR MyUserArea.

How can I access ESR Connect?
To access content on ESR Connect, you have to login with an existing ESR MyUserArea account. If you do not have one yet, please create a new one here.
How can I get access to live & on-demand courses/packages?
Almost all live courses and on-demand contents are exclusive to ESR Premium Education Package holders. Some contents can be accessed by ESR members only, while other contents are free for all. Information on how to access a specific content can be found on the live/on-demand course page.
How long are contents available on-demand?
Contents included in the ESR Premium Education Package can be accessed for 365 days from the day of subscription activation. For all other contents please check the information on the course page before registering.
You can check the on-demand availability of each content you purchased/subscribed in your ESR Connect Account under ‘My Courses’.
Payment & Invoices
Which payment methods are accepted?
The ESR Premium Education Package can be purchased either with credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or bank transfer. Purchase of the ESR Premium Education Package is handled via the ESR MyUserArea.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoice for the ESR Premium Education Package can be found in the ESR MyUserArea.
Where can I change my billing address?
Please send your request to connect@myESR.org.
Attendance and CME Certificates
Where can I find my certificates?
All certificates can be found in your personal account under ‘My Certificates’. Certificates prior to ECR 2020 can only be accessed via the ESR MyUserArea.
Why can’t I find my certificate?
Please note that certificates on ESR Connect are only stored for a limited amount of time, if you should find a certificate to be missing or not available any more, please contact us at connect@myesr.org.
Membership & Pricing
Do I receive benefits as an ESR Member?
Yes, some contents are only accessible to ESR Members and reduced fees are granted for some contents not included in the ESR Premium Education Package. For details about the ESR Membership benefits please go here.
The ESR Premium Education Package can be purchased by member and non-members at the same price.

Technical Problems
Who do I contact if I am experience technical problems?
Please contact us at connect@myESR.org if you should come across any technical problems.
As a first step we always recommend to refresh the page, clear cookies and browser cache and to log in&out of ESR Connect.
The video player is not working. What can I do?
The video player is tested on all common browsers such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox. Please contact connect@myESR.org if you experience any problems.
Is ESR Connect also available on smart devices?
Yes, ESR Connect is fully responsive. However, the platform is best optimised for desktop PC/laptop use.
